Typhoon Hagibis sets in as Japan braces itself for severe weather at Rugby World Cup

Japan is bracing itself with Typhoon Hagibis set to disrupt the Rugby World Cup to rain and wind speeds of up to 12 inches.
The weather has already forced the closing Pool D battle of England with France from Yokohama in addition to New Zealands game versus Italy to be called off on Saturday.
Scotland battle Sunday against the hosts Japan stays in doubt because of the conditions, together with Scottish Rugby Union looking for legal guidance about the risk that a decision is accepted for the match.
The Met Office are currently reporting the typhoon has now weakened in force during the previous 24 hours, but in accordance with the Japan Meteorological Agency, this typhoon is forecast to be the most powerful storm of this year of Japan.
The Agency claims that gusts of up to 135mph could reach Tokyo on Saturday and also have warned that the winds could be collapsed in by houses, with the storm predicted to pass within 50 miles of town.
Rainfall of 150-300 mm (6-12 inches) can be forecast to property in areas near Japans capital, carrying the probability of flooding.
Hagibis is place to track along the coastal Regions of Kanto and Chubu over Saturday, before heading towards the northernmost island of Hokkaido.
Over 900 flights have been cancelled so far and train services across the country will be majorly disrupted.

World Rugby gave the following advice to enthusiasts from Japan:Be prepared and keep safe, stay inside, check typhoon-related updates frequently and follow the advice of local governments such as any evacuation orders and make sure youve got basic food provisions.

The organisation has also urged people to travel if necessary and check upgrades from transportation providers before starting journeys.
