Here we go with the 3rd time that they tried to CHEAT me personally and also have cheated me that last moment.
On May 3 I set in a bet at the Conclusion of this 3rd for $20 for Miami minus the things. When it processes it shows this wager:

“Even” -115 Mon@11:00p I ask and call wtf happened? They usual say they do not cancel wagers. Then I have to struggle with them and point out the bet shows 3rd Quarter and also the 3rd Quarter is over. How do I place a wager to get a 3rd quarter wager if the 3rd quarter is over. In addition, I ask would I really be that stupid to place a bet that was not on the board to the wrong side? In addition, the time reflects that the 3rd Quarter has been completed.

On top my equilibrium is the same, so I click the button to make the wager. Once it is accepted, the bottom of the display shows 1 open wager, yet my account balance shows they took both wager.
Back on the phone, speak to the rep, and put on hold for a manager, then hung up on. Call back and go through the very same moves and get on the telephone with the Supervisor. I describe to them what happened and she says they do not cancel wagers. I told them about what happened 2 days earlier and I ask why you’re trying to deceive me to receive your money back? Once more I am told that they don’t cancel wagers, but she will make a exception should I put a wager for $25 on another game and then they would charge the one wager back. If I don’t the one won’t be canceled. I mean seriously, is the right method to have some of their money back? Do they actually believe I am that stupid that I can’t enter $50 or $25 and that when their system is just carrying 2 wagers rather than this one that I won’t call and say something? Pathetic!
I go back and wonder that when this first occurred during my first week of play and I had been stuck using a bet, a notice was placed in my account that every time a double bet happens instantly enjoy this, that the last was to be removed if it were in the same time. Can they respect that, NO? Are they CHEATING me, YES!
I am just happy it’s their money I had been playing , but it is such BULLSHIT, that they are trying to cheat people this way. Are they becoming hurt that bad that they need to CHEAT YOU? Therefore by forcing me to make a play without finishing my study that will satisfy my for their mistake?
Add in that early this week I had problems with their site and the site had been telling me to phone them. They want me to place wagers for a $50 minimum on the phone. Some game I will wager that more and a few I simply make a small wager to maintain my addiction moving. They don’t need me to email them a screen shot of this error message and just keep saying we have no reports on our conclusion.
I wish Pinnacle would take US Players….by much the best book I’d. The Greek is also another great one, but they’ve made changes to withdrawals and deposits, so I was looking for another book. And so far as this website recommending them and having them at the TOP 5 is Complete Horse garbage!!! They ought to be removed from the site and not even used or recommended. Should you insist on using them, be smart and look over your bet once placed and screen shot each screen for your protection so you have some evidence and then it can be posted somewhere to reveals these Dirty Cheating Methods they prefer to use.
