Left-back Joe Jacobson scored twice as Wycombe defeat Lincoln 3-1 to proceed to the top of League One.
Jacobson scored a 20-yard and then went in via Michael Bostwick online.
Later John Akinde had pulled back 50 minutes, Jacobson did it direct together using Lincoln keeper Josh Vickers defeated from a 75th-minute corner.
The convincing victory ensured Wycombe moved to their greatest league position.
Lincoln missed players because of global responsibility and injury and it showed with Jacobsen’s double throughout, with Wycombe dominating.
Tyler Walker struck a pole shortly but there was controversy after Danny Cowley’s men pulled themselves back into the match.
Wycombe’s Matt Bloomfield along with Lincoln’s Bruno Andrade were down inside the playground with head injuries but drama continued as half-time sub Akinde transformed Jorge Grant’s cross.
Bloomfield was down on the floor for almost nine minutes before being stretchered off, however, it’s understood he did not have to go to hospital.
After Jacobson Wycombe came close to a time with Nick Freeman’s chip coming straight back off the bar.
