Harry Toffolo procured Lincoln a share of the spoils in a 1-1 draw.
The home side had Lincoln on the back foot from the off, Callum Camps Stephen Dooley’s shot along with a fine streak from Ollie Rathbone finishing with a drive which flew wide.
Dale took the lead after 12 minutes, Camps’ effort beaten away by Josh Vickers however, the Lincoln goalkeeper’s tried clearance decreasing invitingly to sweep house for Dooley.
Rekeil Pyke went close to a second into the side netting after Camps’ shot had been blocked.
When the delivery of dwelling Joe Morrell nearly touched from the left, lincoln grew into the match after the interval and went.
Jack Payne forced a terrific save from Robert Sanchez and Walker and Payne saw since the strain grew on Dale’s target, efforts cleared off the line.
The leveller came from the 86th minute when the fierce cross in the left of Toffolo took a small deflection on its way.
