Striker Gabriel Martinelli scored just two goals and set up another to give victory.
There was less than three minutes between the 18-year-old Brazilian targets while 20, team-mate Joe Willock, made it 3-0 before half-time.
This summer, martinelli, who joined for # 6m , later set up for his first Arsenal goal.
Arsenal sit top of Group F with just two wins from two matches.

Two goals because 5-0 win was the ideal way for the summer signing to announce himself and each time that he got to the ball at the Emirates on Thursday the crowd grew excited.
The adolescent spent last year playing at the fourth grade of the Football League with Ituano but his quality was evident against Standard Liege and he has bagged four goals after two starts for the club.
His first during the night was unique – a perfectly-timed header at the near post that flew past goalkeeper Vanja Milinkovic-Savic – while his second was equally impressive, drilling the ball to the back corner and then cutting on to his foot.
Both aims drew a grin from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang about the Arsenal seat, and there could be a situation for Martinelli to start more often if the Gabonese striker had not scored seven goals in as Premier League looks this season.
The young Brazilian capped off an amazing night with a great assist – on a plate for Ceballos to tap and showing pace to attain Nelsons pass before lifting it.

Arsenal goalscorer Joe Willock on BT Sport:One of my targets is to secure more goals in my game and its better that my aim and my groups goals has also include a fresh sheet. The manager told us to keep going even if its three or four nil. Get more targets and we wish to get back the ball. He drills that.
We have a manager here who wishes to play youngsters and I must make sure I take my opportunities and prove why thats the way ahead.
Arsenal return to Premier League action on Sunday when they host Bournemouth at Emirates Stadium. Their next Europa League match is at home to Vitoria Guimaraes on Thursday October.
