Coffee is good for you!


A recent study lasting for over 14 years in America, involving more than 400,000 people found that coffee is good for you!People who were studied had been drinking more than six or more cups a day. All people were middle-aged ranging from 50 to 70 years old.

Research found that the risk lowered as they continued to drink. However there was no difference to drinking decaf or normal coffee. The same researchers found that there are over 1000 compounds in Coffee – not just caffeine.

Drinking coffee is not probably causing harm therefore you can drink several cups a day and not be concerned about it – you can cross it off your worry list!
